چکیده
The reuse recycling materials or industrial waste with aims to reduce pollution and environmental pollution, strongly supports concept of green building. Fly Ash is result combustion pulverized system coal at the PLTU Tenayan, no longer included in B3 category. usage as building material, mine restoration, roads this decade, replace cement lime. fly ash composition mixed lime for sub-base, will applied on high plasticity soils. A fix-mixture soil 5%, up 30% mixture. samples test was made Optimum Moisture Content, density values around Maximum Dry Density i.e. under compacted (under MDD) over (above MDD). Consolidated testing performed without curing. Changes load are represented by increment ratio (LIR). selected LIR value 1.0; 1,5; 2.0. results showed that higher density, volume void lower. compression index same all values, if structure has not destroyed. fatigue yet. In crushed/broken structures, compressibility decreased sharply. Curing successfully soil. strength decrease when reacting water, so burdened, decreases drastically. formation strong molecular bonds between takes time. So, sample curing 28 days better than levels also affects optimum combination occurs a content 25%.

A Comparative Study B/W Black Cotton Soil and Alluvial Soil for Economical Pavement Design by Lime & Fly-Ash Stabilization
As we know the road development is one of the major parts of growing infrastructure & Pune, which is expanding at a very fast rate, the construction of roads is of major concern. Fly Ash is one of the abundant forms of Solid Waste produced at thermal power plants. Its disposal is a big problem keeping both these concerns in mind it was tried to come out with a project which will integrate Road ...
متن کاملEffect of class F fly ash on fine sand compaction through soil stabilization
This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation carried out to evaluate the effect of fly ash (FA) on fine sand compaction and its suitability as a material for embankments. The literature review demonstrates the lack of research on stabilization of sandy material using FA. The study is concerned with the role of FA content in stabilized soil physical characteristics. The main ...
متن کاملStabilization/solidification of Iron Ore Mine Tailings Using Cement, Lime and Fly Ash
Current research emphasis is more on the utilization of materials that are considered as waste. Tailings and fly ash are major category of industrial wastes, whose disposal is problematic from environmental point of view. In this present research, Industrial byproducts, namely, lime (CaO) and class F type fly ash have been used as candidate materials along with the partial addition of ordinary ...
متن کاملEffect of heat treatment on properties of steam cured fly ash – lime compacts
Four different varieties of class F fly ashes, collected from different sources from the state of West Bengal (India) were mixed with lime in 9 : 1 wt ratio, followed by compaction of the mixes. The compacts were subjected to steam curing to develop an optimum strength by the reaction between fly ash and lime. The steam cured compacts were heated at different elevated temperatures and free lime...
متن کاملEffect of Lime on the California Bearing Ratio Behaviour of Fly Ash - mine Overburden Mixes
Typically thermal power plants are located near to surface coal mines that produce huge amount of fly ash as a waste byproduct. Disposal of fly ash causes significant economic and environmental problems. Now-a-days, research is going on for bulk utilization of fly ash. In order to increase its percentage utilization, an investigation was carried out to evaluate its potential for haul road const...
